Eligibility Criteria

Occupation on the Skilled Occupation List – The nominated job must be on the relevant Skilled Migration List.
Skills Assessment – Must undergo a formal assessment to verify qualifications and work experience.
English Language Proficiency – Must meet minimum English test scores (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or OET).
Age Requirement – Generally, applicants must be under 45 years at the time of application.
Points Test – Must score at least 65 points based on age, qualifications, work experience, and other factors.
Work Experience – Must have relevant work experience in the nominated occupation.
Health and Character Requirements – Must pass medical and police clearance checks.
Expression of Interest (EOI) – Must submit an EOI through SkillSelect and receive an invitation to apply.
